Crypto com Arena will benefit from renovations

The former Staples Center, now named the Arena, will undergo complete renovations over the next two years. The crypto exchange platform wants to strengthen its image with the renovations and upgrades of this iconic place.

The cryptocurrency exchange platform plans to make a “nine-figure investment” in improving the Arena. Indeed, the platform’s managers announced on Monday that the home of the Lakers, Clippers, Sparks and Kings (NHL) will undergo renovations. As part of a $700 million contract, indeed, I intend to build this place in his image.

“It’s one million square feet (92,000 m2). And you can do a lot with a million square feet. ” Says Dan Beckerman, Managing Director of AEG.

The costs of participating in professional sports are constantly increasing. Therefore, the improvements will focus mainly around the subscription and VIP seats of the Arena. The workers will also redevelop the Impact Sports Bar & Grill next to the main square and the president’s private club downstairs. There will also be new paint, frosted glass doors and new toilets for the lobby on the suite level of the venue. Arena Arena / source : Los Angeles Times

Several renovations on the program

The renovations will include several things. On the program there will be new LED screens and ribbon panels. Then there will be improvements to the lobby levels, as well as restoration in the Arena. Not to mention the renovation of locker room air conditioners for the Lakers, Kings and Sparks.

Perhaps the most notable changes are the plans to connect the L.A. Live area to Arena with an outdoor gathering space. Thus, this will lead to the elimination of the street between these two places in order to create a public square lined with trees.

This multi-million dollar project is expected to be completed by 2024, say the officials of the Arena. However, the 2022 – 2023 NBA and NHL seasons will already benefit from several improvements.
